Those who criticize this site (already) probably just don't like the "sucks" in the title. They are also jumping to conclusions. This site hasn't been developed yet. Before we judge, we should take a step back and look at the big picture.

Remember - "A rising tide raises all boats." For years, university athletic programs have encouraged friendly rivalries as a vehicle to foster school pride (funny quips/stories), increase ticket sales (sellouts since 1982), and increase alumni participation (better branding, more participation) in school funding and events. This site is not condoned by any official entity including Northeastern University or Boston University. However, it just may be the beginning of a very good thing.

Northeastern University definitely has spirit, but what's wrong with a little more? There's a difference between being negative and being competitive. Many other universities sanction rivalries through events and awards.

What if we were able to spur donations from alumni to finally pull ahead of BU because there was an established portal for our relative successes? We've come a long way in the last five years in the national college scene, but we're still thirteen rankings behind. It's hard to accomplish goals if you don't set the objectives. Let's go Huskies!
